While our initial focus was Owner-Financed Mortgage, we continue to expand our portfolio to service a variety of notes as the industry grows (including Partial Purchases). At the same time, Charter Financial aims to help as many professionals as possible learn the business, establish their own agencies, and thrive as Independent Brokers across the country.
