His sales have grown to an average of over 100 transactions per year. As Jay's business developed over the years, he has assembled a team of highly skilled Realtors who work exclusively as part of Jay Coles Team. As team leader, Jay works on the promotion of our listings through a variety of creative internet sites, print media and direct mail campaigns. Jay has received a number of advanced real estate designations such as: GRI - Graduate of Realtor's Institute and CBR - Certified Buyer Representative. Jay personally invests in real estate in Western New York and manages his portfolio of residential and commercial income properties.
