Serial entrepreneur Mari Nazaryan was drawn to real estate to combine her passions for connecting with others and growing a business. Born in Armenia, Mari moved at the age of 2 to California with her family. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and spent the next 10 years building a men's clothing brand, giving her a crash course in running a business. Afterward, Mari took her artistic talent in another direction and became a licensed cosmetologist, honing her people skills and learning how to convert a one-time customer into a repeat client. Mari's experience managing her own businesses set her up for success when she became a real estate agent in 2020. Mari was always interested in real estate -- even going as far as shadowing friends who were agents to learn the ropes before pursuing her license.
