An entrepreneur since he launched his first business at 18-years-old, Joshua Gamez has learned firsthand about hard work, determination, and resilience--qualities that are absolutely necessary for a successful agent to have. Most recently, Joshua sold his insurance brokerage for a profit to pursue his passion for real estate. Since launching his career, he has created a niche of helping sellers who need to resolve challenging situations and find someone with the market knowledge and experience to guide them. He also assists the typical seller who wants to sell their property but avoid the potential difficulties of listing it publicly.

Joshua realized the power of real estate when his father purchased his first home for $80,000 and sold his most recent for $1.25 million, and he wanted to help create that opportunity for others. Originally from Downtown Los Angeles, his previous job brought him to South Orange County, where he gained a thorough knowledge of the local market.
